No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

1. Sponsor

The contests are sponsored and run by Herd Apps LLC, [SPONSOR STREET ADDRESS, CITY, STATE ZIP, USA] ("Sponsor", "we"). Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of these contests, are not involved in running them in any way, and have no responsibility for them.

2. What the contest is

Each game on SOL Arcade (solarcade.app) runs its own separate weekly skill contest. Players compete for the highest verified score in that game during the contest week. Winning depends on skill at the game. There is no element of chance in choosing winners.

3. Contest period

Each contest week starts Monday at 00:00:00 UTC and ends the following Monday at 00:00:00 UTC (just before the next week starts). Only scores submitted and recorded by our servers within the week count for that week. Our server clock is the official timekeeper.

4. Who can enter

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) at the time you play.
• You must be a legal resident of a country, state or territory where this kind of contest is lawful. The contests are void where prohibited or restricted by law, including [LIST OF EXCLUDED COUNTRIES/STATES, e.g. countries under US sanctions].
• Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families and households are not eligible.
• You are responsible for making sure that taking part and receiving a prize in cryptocurrency is legal where you live.

5. How to enter

Play any game on SOL Arcade for free and submit your score with a leaderboard name. That's it. No account, purchase, payment, or watching of ads is required to enter. Some games offer an optional extra life after watching an ad; this is never required and is available equally to all players.

Ranked play from the app. When we announce on solarcade.app that ranked play is app-only, only runs started from the free SOL Arcade app for iPhone or Android on a genuine phone are eligible to rank. The app checks this with Apple App Attest or Google Play Integrity and gives each run a single-use ticket. Games played on the website (or on an emulator, simulator, modified or rooted device) are practice and do not rank. The app is free to download and use.

You can enter as many times as you like. Only your single best verified score per game per week counts. One person may use only one leaderboard identity per game. Using multiple names, wallets or devices to hold more than one place is not allowed.

6. How winners are decided

• At the end of each week, the 10 players with the highest verified scores on each game's leaderboard are the potential winners for that game.
• Ties are broken by whoever reached the tied score first.
• Every score is checked by our servers. Scores that fail our checks, appear to come from cheating, automation, bots, modified game clients, exploits of bugs, or collusion are removed and never rank.
• Before any prize is paid we may verify a potential winner's eligibility, including age and location, and may ask for reasonable information to do so. If a potential winner can't be verified, doesn't respond within [7] days, or is found to be ineligible, the prize for that place is forfeited and [is not awarded / passes to the next eligible player].
• Our decisions on scores and winners are final.

7. Prizes

Each game has its own weekly prize pool, shown on that game's page before and during the week. The pool is split by finishing place:

• 1st place: 40% of that game's pool
• 2nd place: 20%
• 3rd place: 10%
• 4th to 10th place: 30% shared equally (4.29% each)

Prizes are paid in SOL, the native token of the Solana blockchain. The amount of SOL is fixed when the pool is announced; its value in any other currency can go up or down and is not guaranteed. Approximate retail value of all prizes in a week: [STATE THE MAXIMUM WEEKLY VALUE IN USD]. One prize per person per game per week. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for anything else.

8. How prizes are paid

We pay each winner in SOL to the public Solana wallet address they gave us, within 7 days after the week ends (once any verification in section 6 is complete). You are responsible for giving a correct address you control. Blockchain transfers can't be reversed; we are not responsible for prizes sent to an address you provided in error. If you haven't given a wallet address within [30] days of the week ending, the prize is forfeited. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize. We may ask for tax information where the law requires it.

9. Fair play

We may disqualify anyone who cheats, tampers with a game or our servers, uses bots, scripts, AI agents, emulators or modified apps, reuses or shares ranked-play tickets, exploits bugs, or acts in an unsporting or disruptive way, and may withhold or reclaim prizes won that way.

10. Changes and cancellation

If a contest can't run as planned because of a technical problem, fraud, or anything else outside our reasonable control, we may change, pause, or cancel it, and may award prizes based on the verified scores recorded before the problem, as long as this is fair to players.

11. Limits of liability

By entering you agree that the Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete score submissions, network or device failures, or errors in the game, and that, to the extent the law allows, you release the Sponsor from claims connected to the contests or prizes. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that can't be limited.

12. Privacy

Information you give us for the contests is handled as described in our privacy policy.

13. Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of [STATE], USA. [DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE].

14. Invite rewards (referrals)

Invite rewards are separate from the weekly contests and do not affect any leaderboard. Each phone that uses the app gets an invite code. A new phone can enter one friend's code (never its own) within its first 7 days. The invite qualifies when the new phone has obtained ranked-play tickets on 3 different UTC days. Qualified invites count toward cosmetic badge tiers (1, 5, 25 and 100 qualified invites): a badge next to your leaderboard name and name colours. One phone can only ever be invited once. We may remove badges earned by fraud, self-referral, multiple or emulated devices, or automation.

Each qualified invite also gives the inviter 100 badge points. In the app, badges and points unlock cosmetic perks only. Where we offer it, eligible adults (18 or older, or the age of majority where they live, and where lawful) may redeem badge points for SOL on solarcade.app/rewards only, at the rate shown there. No purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited. We review every claim and may refuse or reverse points earned by fraud, self-referral, multiple or emulated devices, or automation. We may change the rate, or end redemption, with notice on that page; points already claimed are honoured as described in the terms.
