These terms apply to your use of SOL Arcade at solarcade.app and the games on it, run by Herd Apps LLC ("we"). By playing you agree to them. The weekly prize contests are also covered by the official contest rules, which win if the two ever conflict.

Free to play

The games are free. There is nothing to buy, and paying for anything would not improve your chances of winning a prize.

Your behaviour

• Play fair: no cheating, bots, scripts, modified clients, or exploiting bugs.
• Don't try to break, overload, or get unauthorised access to the site, the games or our servers.
• Pick a leaderboard name that isn't offensive, misleading, or someone else's trademark. We may remove names that are.

We may remove scores, block access, or withhold prizes if these terms are broken.

Invite rewards

Badges are cosmetic, have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred.

Badge points have no cash value except as described here. Redemption of points for SOL, where offered, happens only on solarcade.app/rewards, is open only to eligible adults where lawful, follows the official rules, and is paid manually by Herd Apps LLC to the Solana address given, usually within 14 days. We may reject claims we reasonably believe involve fraud, self-referral, shared or emulated devices or automation, and may change rates or close redemption with notice; claims submitted before a change are paid at the rate shown when they were submitted.

Wallets and crypto

You only ever give us a public wallet address. You are responsible for your wallet and its security. Crypto values change; we don't give financial advice, and nothing on the site is an offer of an investment.

Our content

The games, art, code and names on the site belong to Herd Apps LLC or its licensors. You may play them for personal, non-commercial fun. Please don't copy or redistribute them.

Service "as is"

We work hard to keep the games running and fair, but they are provided "as is" without guarantees. We may change, pause or stop any game or feature. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to [AMOUNT, e.g. USD 100].
